The Distress of Sleepless Hours

We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the resilient/unyielding spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

Aching for Sweet Oblivion

The grip of oblivion was a siren's call, more info a searing promise of escape. To succumb in its shadows was to silence the incessant chant of existence. The life's sharp edges dissolved under the spell of its calm.

To truly long oblivion was to plead for a passing respite from the cruelty of being.
